After his career in an international management consultancy, he led the digitization unit in customer management at comdirect. Together with his team, he was responsible for the automation of customer interaction and the digitalization of processes. Since November 2021, Jean-Philipp has been supporting our customers in the introduction, expansion and optimization of novomind iAGENT. He has a strong focus on automation and works closely with novomind iAGENT product management.

Peter Linnemann is Head Of Customer Experience Sales at novomind AG with over 15 years of experience in enterprise customer experience software, both in partner sales and team leadership. He has a great understanding of contact center technology, which he acquired in numerous projects at the beginning of his career.
